ADHD
This project was created for Digipezeshk, a digital health platform. The goal was to raise awareness about ADHD by using a life-based narrative approach, blending 3D character animation with 2D design to deliver an emotionally engaging and informative explainer video.
ADHD is often misunderstood and hard to visualize. The challenge was to craft an explainer that is scientifically accurate yet emotionally relatable, showing how ADHD evolves across a person’s life without overwhelming the viewer.
I decided to follow a single character throughout life. By designing 18 different character setups using Daz Studio, I highlighted life transitions and ADHD’s evolving symptoms. Using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, I merged 2D infographics with 3D renders for a rich, hybrid style.

Challenges & Creative Decisions
One of the key challenges of this project was designing unique environments and scenes for each character and life situation. Since the video followed the main character through various life stages-from childhood to adulthood-each scene had to reflect a different context, age, and emotional tone.
This required:
Building distinct environments (e.g., classroom, bedroom, office) that felt authentic and era-appropriate
Adjusting lighting, color palettes, and camera angles to match the emotional tone of each stage
Managing rendering complexity and consistency across 18 different character setups
To maintain a cohesive visual style while differentiating each scene, I established a core design language but allowed flexibility in props, background details, and mood lighting. This ensured that each scene supported the narrative without becoming visually disconnected.
